Consider purchasing a raffle ticket for the annual calendar created by one of Saltonstall's very talented parents and local artist: Ursina Amsler.
Stew Day is a long-standing Saltonstall tradition that takes place the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It is truly a community event in which each child and staff member contributes to the “feast” that is served to all that attend. The staff cooks the soup and everyone eats snacks as well as making various holiday crafts and also participating in this crazy fun obstacle course in the gym.
You would think that with this kind of event chaos would be the norm but nothing is further from the truth. While the bottom level of the school is filled with students, staff and volunteers and the enthusiasm is at an all time high. The event always effortly flows from one activity to another. Below are just a small sampling of the many photo's taken.
Thank you to you all
